Austin Floorball Club is hosting a tournament for new players interested in the sport.

Q: What is Floorball? 
A: Floorball is a fast paced, cardio intensive, but extremely easy to learn co-rec sport.  If you can run (or even jog) then you can play one of the fastest growing sports in the world! Floorball is a game like hockey that is played indoors in your tennis shoes with a wiffle ball and sticks.  Despite all the videos on youtube that might show otherwise, play is non-contact and geared to being safe and comfortable for everyone playing at a social level.

Q: What do I need to play in this tournament?
A: We have basic sticks to use for those new to the sport and all the equipment needed to play.  You should wear comfortable athletic shoes that you run best in, along with your preferred workout attire.
